The New Neighborhood
Something big is coming to Johnson County, Kansas! Our goal is to create a multi-generational 200+ acre mixed-use development in Overland Park, that will bring new businesses and jobs to the area, while integrating well with our neighbors. This interactive environment will be walkable, collaborative and multi-functional. A vibrant retail village will energize the new neighborhood. We're looking forward to welcoming new-to-market national as well as ‘locally-grown’ food and beverage, high-end retailers, and entertainment with living and office space above. The environment will also include class A corporate office space along the I-435 corridor and a large publicly-accessible park. Residents and visitors alike can enjoy a beautiful park along Indian Creek and through the middle of the site, and will help account for about 50% green space within the project. There is potential for 2-3 high-end hotels, as well as additional for-lease and for-sale residential buildings. With a new performance venue in the center of the project, overlooking an expanded lake, the neighborhood is sure to be a hub for a new generation of Johnson Countians and their guests.
