Synergy Inspired Development
Something big is coming to Johnson County, Kansas! Our goal is to create a multi-generational 200+ acre mixed-use development in Overland Park, that will bring new businesses and jobs to the area, while integrating well with our surrounding neighbors. This interactive environment will be walkable, collaborative and multi functional. A vibrant retail village will energize the new neighborhood. The primary focus of the village will be new-to-market national as well as ‘locally grown’ food and beverage, high end retailers, and entertainment with living and office space above. The environment will also include class A corporate office space along the I-435 corridor and a large publicly accessible park. The beautiful park will run along Indian creek and through the middle of the site, and will help account for about 50% green space within the project. There is potential for 2-3 high end hotels, as well as additional for-lease and for-sale residential buildings. A performance venue located in the center of the project will overlook a new lake that will be approximately 2-3 times larger than the existing lake.
